Loving Myself

Loving yourself manifests in many facets of your life:

  • We deal lovingly with our weaknesses and those of others.
  • We remain calm in the face of criticism and can use it constructively for us.
  • Projects, intentions and future plans can be realized much easier if we ourselves are our biggest cheerleaders!
Actually, learning to love oneself is as much about unlearning as it is about learning – we unlearn (at this point) automatic behaviours and thoughts about criticism, triggers, problems and replace these spontaneous and unfavourable reactions with loving, self-determined actions.
 

This requires continuous work and the willingness to make mistakes during the learning process. Yes, even to celebrate these mistakes and treat them as valuable lessons.

Course contents

  1. In which situations do I wish for more self-love? Which thoughts and reactions are weighing me down?
  2. Where do these behaviours come from? Where did I learn them?
  3. Which aspects of myself do I already love about myself? What strengths, qualities, amiabilities do I observe in myself?
  4. How can I treat myself more lovingly in difficult situations?
  5. What can I do for myself? How can I show myself and my body that I cherish myself?

This is merely to give you an impression. Since you and your needs are at the focus here, I will adapt the course topics individually to you.
 
In all courses (intensive, medium, short) similar topics will be addressed and, depending on the depth of the course, will be worked on with appropriate intensity.
