How do I join?
Just click the Join button at the top of the home page or on the Getting Started page and you will be taken through a simple process that explains how we work and creates your profile. Registration is quick and easy. No profiles for you to write, just a few boxes to tick and you're done.
 
How much does it cost?
The current subscription rate is $99 per year, payable in four quarterly installments of $24.75 each. This gives you access to absolutely everything on the site.
 
Do I have a contract with alovingspace.com ?
We have standard terms and conditions and a privacy policy (see bottom navigation bar) which make our operation transparent. When you join the site you will enter into a legally binding contract with The Love Planet Ltd (the owner of the site) on our standard terms and conditions. If you simply visit the site without joining, you will also be bound by our standard terms and conditions so please take the time to read them if you're worried about anything.
 
Is there a Free trial?
Yes. It provides complete access to everything on the site for 7 days. No credit card details are required and no commitment. Just click the Free Trial button at the top of the home page and you will be taken through a simple process that explains how we work and creates your profile. Registration is quick and easy. No profiles to write, just a few boxes to tick and you're done. An e-mail will be sent to you at the end of the trial period and if you want to join all you have to do is register your credit card details or PayPal account and you're up and running – there’s nothing else to it.
 
Can I just browse the site?
There are two reasons why we don’t offer a browse facility: 
1. We need your birth details to create your personalized reports and to match you with compatible members. A browse facility would not allow us to capture your birth details, therefore you wouldn't be able to use the site as it was intended.
2. We prefer to offer a genuine FREE trial which allows you access to everything on the site.  It's a straightforward 'come and take a look' offer. If you like the experience you can join, if you don't you've lost nothing. 
 
How do I cancel my paid membership?
You can cancel at any time. Just click the My Account link in the top navigation bar to go through the process. If payment for that period (i.e. 3 months) has already gone through then we are unable to offer a refund, so you can still use the site until the end of that period. Once the current 3 month period has elapsed, no more monies will be payable and you will no longer have access to the site.  

How do I cancel my Free Trial membership?
Free Trial memberships end naturally at the end of the trial period. There is no need to cancel anything and, as we do not have your card details, there is no auto-subscription or billing.
