How do I change my email options to receive emails from alovingspace.com ?
From the members home page select My Email Preferences and you can choose to  receive emails from alovingspace.com .  The 3 categories of email are – new messages and love hearts received, daily horoscopes, and general information.  You must choose to receive daily horoscopes as, by default, they are set not to be received.
 
How do I update my credit card or PayPal account details?
You need to do this via the PayPal website – www.paypal.com.  Ensure you login with your PayPal username and password and not your alovingspace.com login details.
 
How do I change my registered email address or password?
From the My Account page, you can update both your email address and password if necessary.
 
I have forgotten my username.
Click the Forgotten your Username link.  An e-mail will be sent to your verified email address containing your username and password.

I have forgotten my password.
Click the Forgotten your Password link.  An e-mail will be sent to your verified email address containing your new, system generated, password.  Log into alovingspace.com with this password and, if you wish to change it to something more memorable, go to the My Account page and scroll down to the third section where you will be able to change it to a word of your choice.
 
How do I block/unblock a member?
You can block any member by selecting the block option underneath their profile then refresh your screen or log out.  They won’t be able to send you any messages, love hearts or requests to instant chat.  To unblock the member select unblock underneath their profile from your Blocked Profiles list.
 
How do I add a member to my favorites?
You can add any member to My Favorites by selecting the add to favorites option underneath their profile.  They will not be notified that you have added them as a favorite.  To remove the member from My Favorites select remove from favorites underneath their profile from your My Favorites list.
 
How do I recommend alovingspace.com to a friend?
From the member’s home page use the Invite a Friend facility by entering their email address and clicking Invite.

I cannot see the site properly - I'm using IE6
As new software upgrades are released, older versions such as Internet Explorer (IE) 6 are no longer supported.  alovingspace.com was developed when IE7 was the standard browser.  This means that some design features will not work correctly with IE6 or earlier versions.  For the best user experience, we recommend you upgrade your browser to IE7 to IE8.
