What are the search options?
These offer you a variety of ways to find a partner. You can search according to your personal preferences, pure compatibility, or preferred zodiac sign or life path  number. You can also search just for compatible friends by using our unique Circle Of Friends facility.

 
How do I contact a member I’m interested in?
You can send them a message or if you're unsure what to say you could simply send them a 'love heart' to alert them that you'd like to talk. Live chat is another facility that allows you to carry out real time communication with them – like many of the popular instant messenger programs. If the member is online the Live Chat option can be selected and it will be grayed out if they are offline. 
 
If you're stuck for words, take a look at that member's 'Who I Am' scroll for inspiration - it will tell you all about them and it'll be fun finding out whether they agree with the information. Or click on the 'How To Approach' link at the bottom of each member's profile for some great advice on how best to approach that individual.
 
What is a love heart?
Our 'love heart' is simply an alternative means of opening dialogue with someone. Atalovingspace.com we use a heart symbol instead of the standard emoticons because the heart is the universal symbol of love.
 
If someone is a poor astrological match should I avoid them?
Always follow your own instinct and not external advice - the final choice always rests with you. We provide you with helpful information via the 'Do We Match', ‘Who I Am’ and ‘Why We Should Meet' scrolls in every profile but these are guides, not rules, and you should always trust your own judgment. Tune into your gut and listen to your instinct.
 
How do I find a member by name?
From the member’s home page use the Find a Member facility by entering the member's username and clicking Search.
 
I’ve received an offensive message, what should I do about it?
Please contact us immediately via the Help menu. Please mark your message as **URGENT**. You can also block that member by selecting the block option underneath their profile. Once you log out, they will be blocked from sending you messages, love hearts or requesting a live chat. To activate this immediately, select the blocking option and then refresh your screen.
 
Why is it that sometimes two people’s compatibility bar charts are different, depending on which of them is looking at it?
Compatibility is not bi-directional, meaning that if a planet is well placed in their chart, it doesn’t automatically imply that it will be well placed in yours. It depends from whose perspective the chart is being viewed. Therefore, the bar chart you are looking at shows how you will find that person, and the bar chart they are looking at shows how they will find you.
